The Golf Channel offers a range of programming that includes PGA Tour, LPGA Tour, Champions Tour, and other circuit events. The network currently serves as the exclusive cable television home for the PGA and the LPGA Tours, providing annual coverage of the FedExCup, the World Golf Championships, The Players Championship, and some 44 other PGA tournaments. Additionally, the Golf Channel features in-depth news coverage through such shows as Morning Drive and the nightly Golf Central, reality television series such as The Big Break and Pipe Dream, and entertainment programming including Golf’s Amazing Videos and Donald J. To present its programming, the Golf Channel relies on a team of talented television personalities. Included among their ranks is Lauren Thompson, host of the network’s GolfNow travel program as well as Top 10, which ranks some of golf’s most spectacular moments, players, and other subjects. Lauren Thompson maintains an impressive background as an on-air interviewer and newscaster, having worked for TNA (Total Nonstop Action Wrestling) iMPACT! and other sports shows.
